Mini-courses

Spanish language classes with inter2lingis, Coleraine

We are based in Coleraine, our Spanish language courses run over 12 weeks. The courses are based in Coleraine and in normal circumstances delivered in the community, but due to COVID 19 this term the classes will be delivered online.

In September 2021, we will start a new set of online lessons across four levels, as follows:

Conversational Spanish Absoulte beginners Level: A1 10 weeks Intermedios 2 Level: B1 10 weeks	Levels A1-B1 Mondays: For students who never have studied Spanish. We’ll set the foundation stones of the language such as pronunciation, numbers, basic structures. During these 10 lessons we will develop this knowledge by sorting out commun situations such as introducting themselves and others, giving personal information about selves and family, describing our home and giving directions Starting 20 September, 7-8:30 pm Wednesdays: For students who have already learned some Spanish. Lessons will focus on consolidating the present, past and future tenses and developing conversational skills, such as comparing the present to the past, reaching agreement, expressing preferences and justifying opinions. Starting 22 September, 7-8:30 pm
Intermedios 2 Improvers II Level: B1 10 weeks	Levels A2-B2 LA2 Tuesdays: For students who have already learned some Spanish. For students with a previous knowledge of Spanish, this course aims to consolidate level A2 and settles the bases for level B1. We will work with holiday Spanish, and will consolidate the indicative mood and explore the present tense of subjunctive. Students will develop their conversational skills by learning to compare present and past, justifying opinions, showing agreement and disagreement while speaking about every day topics. Level: B1
